FAQs
Yes! With over 10 years of personal training experience, I’ve had the privilege of training a variety of people from ages 12 to 81 with all types of backgrounds: high school athletes, software engineers, CEOs, massage therapists, professors, pregnant mothers, Paralympic athletes, etc.
It depends. If you have been given permission from your doctor and/or physical therapist and cleared for exercise, then yes. If not, you will need to be cleared before we can continue training.
If you‘re dealing with a mild but persistent issue, we would like to conduct a movement assessment before starting with training to figure out what is the best way to move forward.
If there is an old injury that doesn‘t affect you anymore then we can absolutely start training. We would like to know about it because it can make a difference in how we prescribe movement.
You’ll get the best results you’re capable of. We work from where you are now and help you discover what direction to go to get the best results possible. We know that getting results is what you’re here for and it is our top priority to make sure you get what you came for.
